Urgency of Soft-Skill Development in Vocational Education for Children with Special Needs

چکیده

This study aims to describe the relationship of striving for superiority as a soft skill learning motivation. The approach used is quantitative with descriptive methods in deaf students sample Cerebral Palsy Bandung Regency. Correlative testing performed using spearman correlation tests between variables and motivation variables. results showed that has very strong so it becomes an aspect must be developed vocational education part skills. Striving can help learners deal various circumstances or problems through self-concept coping strategies are factors influence superiority. Self-concept strategy will strengthen interpersonal intrapersonal special needs undergoing development process form post-school career preparation.
